The last thing to do for my quilt bee to finish 2014 is to finish this quilt.
I am very happy with how all the blocks look so nice and in harmony together. I will be able to finish putting this top together today and quilt it this week.

  3. Beautiful quilt blocks ... and those blocks for the quilt top are AMAZING! The fun bright colours work so nicely with the 50 Shades of Grey (couldn't resist, lol) backgrounds :)

I got a couple of small projects started today and finished most of last week's challenge. I'm almost finished with my Christmas sewing list - I still have to decide what to make for a couple of little girls, but I have lots of patterns and tutorials, so it's more a matter of not being able to choose, rather than not having an idea of what to make :D I'd also like to make a little something-something for my neighbour's 2 kids but I need her to give me some suggestions before I decide. I have 6 smallish gifts left to sew - 3 simple stuffies and 3 new-to-me zipper pouches - they won't take long, so I'm definitely seeing a light at the end of the tunnel!
